“Spring trip” Don't you just love the sound of those two words? Every school year we look forward to that trip we will take with our classmates. It's our chance to forget about school and have fun.
Would you like to spend a wonderful trip with your friends? If you want, you can.
You are so excited you can hardly wait. It's time to organize your end-of-year trip to London. You will have to take some important decisions: flights, hotel, sightseeing, restaurants, buyings…You will also have to know aspects of the country such as geography and history. So you will have to investigate, compile data and reach an agreement about important facts on your trip.
Each group needs a historian for the oral presentation on the last session, a bargain hunter, who will be devoted to preparing the flight and lodging at best price and two trip planners, one for sightseeing and the other to arrange the best places to eat and buy. The bargain hunter and trip planners are in charge of working on the poster´s design or travel brochure, which will be the final task.
To carry out this task, you should make groups of 4 people, according to the following rules:
a historian to cover questions 1, 2 and 3.
a
bargain hunter to cover
questions 4 and 5.
two trip planners to cover questions 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Way to go! You were given a task to accomplish and you have succeeded. You should have learned how to search the Web sites to find exactly what you were looking for. You should have learned how to navigate sites to pick out important information and translated this information into a descriptive brochure. Finally, you have made a decision based on what you have found.
Do the following quiz:
